Our 1:1 programs are customized for each individual athlete to produce results in overall performance. Each athlete will go through an in-depth assessment prior to any training. The assessment will provide a baseline for our trainers to develop a customized program that will cater to your individual needs and goals. The programs are designed to correct deficiencies in movement, patterns and to strengthen and weakness or imbalance the athlete may have.
Step-By-Step Sports Training offers speed, agility, & strength group sessions for athletes which can be used to help prepare for all sports. Our affordable yet highly effective group sessions for boys and girls are high tempo group sessions used to introduce fitness, flexibility, fundamentals and form to young athletes.
